As a member of the YMCA, you are given complete and total access to all of our group exercise and water fitness classes. Classes are for beginners to advanced. Group Exercise classes are for members only, while water fitness classes are also free for members but are available to non-members for an extra fee.

Please note that Schedules change periodically and we will keep you up to date on changes as they may occur. Cancellations can be notified through postings at the YMCA, or personal calls from coaches.  For more information contact that specific program director.
