Water Safety Training

Get rewarded by teaching life long skill to children and get paid doing it. Better yet, work for the YMCA and get most of your training paid for.

CPR/AED/First Aid Training

Sudden cardiac arrest happens more often in the U.S. than people think, and many of its victims are not aware that they're at risk; in fact, many seem quite healthy. CPR helps maintain vital blood flow to the heart and brain and increases the amount of time during which an electric shock from an automated external defibrillator (AED) can be effective. When provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest, effective bystander CPR can double or triple a victim's chance of survival. The Y is dedicated to providing safe environments for people of all ages and abilities.
