CPR/AED/First Aid Training
Sudden cardiac arrest happens more often in the U.S. than people think, and many of its victims are nota ware that they're at risk; in fact, many seem quite healthy. CPR healps maintain vital blood flow to the heart and brain and increases the amount of time during which an electric shock from an automated external defibrillator (AED) can be effective. When provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest, effective bystander CPR can double or triple a victim's chance of survival. The Y is dedicated to providing safe environments for people of all ages and abilities. Click here for the flier.
