What Commitment Does an Employer Have to Make?
The YMCA asks just a small commitment from you, the employer. Offer your employees the information about the benefits of a YMCA membership and pay a portion of their membership. The more you pay, the more they SAVE! The YMCA will also ‘spotlight’ your company in our bi-annual newsletter that is sent to all members as well as posted on our Facebook page and on our website. You will gain some marketing advantages!

YMCA Membership Match Option
This new corporate option will encourage healthy living within your company, improving morale, attendance, and productivity! With the YMCA Membership Match Program, we will partner with you to provide reduced membership fees to your employees. Your company commits to a dollar amount per employee that you are willing to provide towards their annual YMCA membership costs. The YMCA will commit a subsidy as well annually up to $60 per membership! We could work together to save your employees $376 or 53% savings on a family membership each year!
