12 Week Body Transformation
Are you tired of the same old routine? Need an extra push, something will challenge you both physically and mentally? This 12 week program will do just that. Through high intensity and boot camp style classes, you will see the results you have always wanted! Also receive nutrition advice from the Healthy Living Director and weekly check-ins!

Muscle Up Challenge
Gain lean muscle mass while improving your strength. This program is a daily full body workout with emphasis on different muscle groups each day. For this challenge bodily measurements will be taken before and after the challenge. Workouts are provided.

Full Body Strength Challenge
Trying to reach a personal record by year-end and need a change to your workouts? Try our Full Body Strength Challenge! The program is five weeks long and involves five workouts a week. Workouts are provided. Entry includes two atempts to make it into our Power Club, once before the program begins and once after the program.
Challenge runs from Nov. 26- Dec. 28.
