Aquacise 1: Improve your physical fitness through a water exercise class that includes stretching, warm-up, mild cardiovascular work, strength training and a cool down.
Aquacise II: This mild, low impact water exercise class is designed to improve muscle tone and joint mobility for individuals with sensitive joints and other tissue inflammations.
Water Fitness is the newest aqua workout that provides a low impace, high energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. WaterFitness offers the benefit of a high energy calor burning workout with the pull that gravity plays on the body! This program is FREE for all members. Power Waves is a high intensity, cross training workout. This non impact workout will take you to the depths of your fitness training. Focus is on cardiovascular and strength training. Basic deep water adjustments skills are necessary for participation. This program is FREE for all members.
