From personal training to specialized group programs, there's something for everyone! Land Exercise Classes (Included with your membership)

Zumba

This low impact class uses cardio work to produce an easy-to-learn and effective workout to strengthen and tone muscle groups.  And in combination with Zumba added in you never fill like you are working just dancing and having fun. 

Spinning

We offer classes and instructors at different times throughout your day; these classes not only work your lower body, they are a great aerobic activity.  These classes are only open to the first ten people so get signed up today and get spinning! See our aerobics schedule for exact class times. Body Sculpting

Non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength.  It is a class where you perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Step Aerobics

Energizing workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step.  

Yoga

Yoga encourages movement and the flow of blood and oxygen through the body. Balance and awareness are necessary in order to maintain an active lifestyle.  


Specialized Classes (require an additional fee to attend).

TRX
“Make your body your machine!” That’s what suspension training can do for you. It will challenge your WHOLE body by making your core support you through the entire workout. This class is sure to challenge not only your strength and endurance but also your balance and agility. Stay tuned for upcoming dates!

Body Transformation

6 week program will give you that extra push and challenge you mentally and physically.  A high intensity, boot camp style class that will get you the results you want!

BA Fit Factory
This year-long class has sessions Monday to Friday at varying hours. There are a total of 34 high-intensity workout classes a week for you to attend throughout the day. Click here for the schedule.

USA Weightlifting
Want to become part of the Olympic Weightlifting Club? Learn the proper techniques professionals use and build your body to it's peak! Children and Adults are welcome! Performing the Olympic lifts is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well being.
