This is a total body, high intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance and body weights to help you create continuity, consistency and challenge in each class.  New sessions occur monthly and classes are held on Mon/Wed/Friday from 5:30-6:30am.  This class fee is $25/members and $35 for program participants per month.
