Our Nutrition Coaching program will help you build the skills necessary to make better nutrition and lifestyle choices TODAY and FOR LIFE! - Whether you’re looking to achieve a lean physique or you want to boost your strength gains, we can put you on the road to success. With personalized guidance, professional support, and accountability to stick to the plan, you’ll see changes faster than you ever thought possible.

Your journey will begin with a 1 hour consultation with Kristin to learn about your specific goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Kristin will customize a plan to meet your specific needs.
Then you'll have the option to schedule periodic 20-minute "check-in" sessions to keep you on track and monitor your progress. Pay as you go, or choose a discounted 6-week session package. Options are listed below.


Formatted especially for beginners new to the world of nutrition, our group sessions focus on the basics of reading food labels, meal planning and preparation, finding healthy choices on a budget, and more. Groups consist of 4 to 10 participants. See below for pricing.

For our Corporate Partners, we will provide an on-site, hour-long group nutrition coaching session at your workplace for up to 20 participants.
