I received my calling at 57 years old to go back to school and become a therapeutic massage therapist. Training took place at Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, CO. It was a nine month course, which included 650 hours of class time and 30 hours of clinical time. Some of the techniques I am acquainted with include Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Muscle Striping, Sports Massage, Reflexology and some Acupressure Points.
