Member Service Associate at Dodge City Branch 

We're seeking a Member Service Associate to help manage all operations of the Welcome Center (front desk). The focus of the job is to effectively communicate with staff, members, and participants, with customer service as the top priority. Job duties include: Processing and filing paperwork,  easily detecting errors in applications, and efficiently coordinating new member on-boarding procedures and program registrations. Must be able to work well in a busy environment. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Qualifications include training in a broad range of clerical tasks, and personality traits must include honesty, friendliness, dependability, self-initiative, and respect for personal property rights. Maturity, patience and good judgement are needing in dealing with YMCA members and other pressures of the job as they arise. Must be neat and professional in appearance. The Coordinator will report to the Membership Director. After School Homework/Enrichment Coordinator at Dodge City Branch 

We’re seeking a part time homework/enrichment counselor to provide quality enrichment/daycare for school-age children during non-school hours. The After School staff is fully responsible for direct, interactive supervision of the children enrolled in the program. This position reports to our Family Director.

The candidate must have previous training in childcare such as babysitting classes/experience, paraprofessional status, or teaching certificate and have basic first aid, CPR and blood borne pathogens training.  Personality traits must include honesty, friendliness, dependability, self-initiative and respect for personal and property rights. Maturity, patience and good judgment are needed in dealing with the children/parents and handling the pressures of the job as they arise. Must be neat and professional in appearance.

Morning Route Drivers at Dodge City Branch 

We’re seeking Morning Route Drivers from 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Candidates must be punctual, responsible, friendly and mature. Must be able to speak English fluently, and must be CPR and First Aid Certified. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. All candidates must be able to pass a background check. Position will remain open until filled.
